My wife and I were chatting about getting ebikes since they look so fun - till we saw the price of them. I had a Micargi Seattle frame sitting around and decided to make my own ebike from parts that I already had in my parts bins. I'm pretty proud of what came of it. We ended up buying a moped-style ebike for my wife since she doesn't dig stretched cruisers that much, but we still enjoy riding together.
