I bought a cyclotricity beast six months ago, it's dual power 250w/1500w with a 48v 16ah battert, I had a lot of problems with a missing box and parts which was eventually sorted out. The frame is a standard full suspension, so the drop-outs were filed out by cyclotricity to fit the larger ankle of the rear hub motor. They made a mess of this, leaving so little metal that I complained, and if you have ever dealt with this company you know you're in for a long haul. I eventually ended up buying a proper ebike frame rated up to 3,000w, I transferred everything over and at the same time I replaced the cheap and nasty forks that came with the ebike. I've added a suspension seat post, RockShox forks, a brooks saddle, Altus rear derailleur, a full throttle instead of the cheap thumb one that came with the bike. It rides great and looks a 100% better, some of the parts I already had, so totally cost is around £1800
